    • Australian Women's Team: Mott led the Australian women's team to success, including two T20 World Cup titles and one ODI World Cup between 2015 and 2022.
    • England Men's Team: He served as the white-ball coach for England, winning the T20 World Cup in 2022 but later leaving due to underperformance in subsequent tournaments.
    • Sydney Sixers: Before joining DC, Mott was the assistant coach of the Sydney Sixers.
