Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) made history by chasing down Gujarat Giants' (GG) massive total of 201 with a record-breaking 200+ chase, winning by six wickets in the opening match of the Women's Premier League (WPL) 2024.

RCB's Richa Ghosh (64*) and Ellyse Perry (57) combined to help their team achieve the record-breaking chase. Kanika Ahuja chipped in with 30* as the duo put on a 93-run partnership to rescue RCB against mounting asking-rate.
