SMAT: Karnataka trounce TN, Gujarat win fourth in a row

  • Jharkhand win thriller: Ishan Kishan and Robin Minz had little impact with the bat, but Virat Singh's unbeaten 36 off 30 balls helped Jharkhand chase down Haryana's 111/8 in a 16-over game. Nishant Sindhu's 57 off 36 was the highlight of Haryana's innings.

  • Karnataka comfortable win: V Koushik, Manoj Bhandage, and Vidyadhar Patil took 8 wickets between them as Karnataka restricted Tamil Nadu to 90 all out. Karnataka chased down the target in 11.3 overs, with Manish Pandey and Mayank Agarwal scoring 76 runs in the opening stand.

  • Rajasthan's fifth straight win: Manav Suthar's 2-17 and Abhijeet Tomar's 66* off 42 helped Rajasthan beat Madhya Pradesh by six wickets. Harpreet Singh's 41 off 36 was the top score for Madhya Pradesh, who were restricted to 139/8.

  • Gujarat win fourth in a row: Axar Patel, Ravi Bishnoi, and Vishal Jayswal took 4 wickets between them as Gujarat restricted Sikkim to 101/6. Aarya Desai's 47* off 48 and Saurav Chauhan's 27* helped Gujarat chase down the target in 17 overs.

  • Mumbai win comfortably: Shardul Thakur, Mohit Avasthi, and Tanush Kotian took 5 wickets between them as Mumbai restricted Nagaland to 107. Prithvi Shaw and Angkrish Raghuvanshi scored 77 runs in the opening stand as Mumbai chased down the target in 12.1 overs.

  • Andhra make it four out of four: Ricky Bhui's 35-ball 84 and KS Bharat's 39-ball 63 set up Andhra's 23-run win over Services. Cheepurapalli Stephen and KV Sasikanth took 3 wickets each as Services were restricted to 199/9 despite fighting knocks from Mohit Ahlawat, Vineet Dhankhar, and Rajat Paliwal.

  • Assam win rain-hit game: Akash Kargave's 56 off 27 and Arun Karthik's 41 off 24 helped Puducherry score 125/5 in 12 overs. Sibsankar Roy's 43 not out off 24 led Assam's reply as they got to 96/3 in nine overs and were ahead by 2 runs as per the VJD method when no further play was possible.

  • Bengal win: Mohammed Shami conceded only 16 runs off his four overs as Meghalaya were restricted to 127/6. Abishek Porel's 31-ball 61 not out and Karan Lal's 42 off only 16 set up the chase for Bengal as they raced to the target in 11.5 overs.

  • Uttar Pradesh win big: Priyam Garg's 81 off 43 and Aryan Juyal's 75 off 40 helped Uttar Pradesh post 242/4 against Arunachal Pradesh. Arunachal Pradesh were reduced to 22/4 before they decided to shut shop as they finished with 86/5.
